Restoring Honor Recap - From Someone Who was There

Tue, 08/31/2010 - 13:25

I apologize for taking so long to share my thoughts with you regarding the Restoring Honor event in Washington D.C.  It has taken me several days to figure out a way to put words to the powerful emotions that we experienced at an event that proved to be an incredible reflection of America's founding principles.

Post Restoring Honor - Preamble

Sun, 08/29/2010 - 05:48

What an incredible weekend!  The Restoring Honor rally is over and, to be honost, I'm still trying to find the words to describe it so I decided to give you a preamble just so you can know that I haven't forgotten you.  As a matter of fact, since the rally I can't seem to get my mind off the wonderful people who make up this great nation.  Please forgive me for taking more time to find the right words.  I plan to have a full description with pictures and video of the event by Wednesday at the latest.

Stay tuned for more.

AFP Spending Revolt Tour - La Crosse

Mon, 08/23/2010 - 17:25

Americans For Prosperity is doing a "Spending Revolt" tour around the United States and they are in Wisconsin this week so I stopped by their event at Copeland Park in La Crosse to hear what they had to say.  I'm on their mailing list and I have attended their events in the past.  I missed their big Tea Party in Madison due to my work schedule but I heard it was an excellent event and I really appreciate the message that they are spreading across the country.
