The House version of a federal economic stimulus bill would deliver more than $4.3 billion to Wisconsin over the next two years, under details of the bill released Friday.

This is another example of the incredible political skill of President Obama. He is the slickest politician I have ever witnessed in my lifetime. He can even totally pull the wool over the eyes of Congress and get a thieving scumbag appointed to his cabinet. Fascinating.
