This news story caught my attention today and it made me think about the balance between our individual rights and those of our neighbors.

I am a big believer in individual rights and it has been proven through multiple court cases that the Second Amendment is about an individual's right to carry a weapon.  Of course the leftists continue to disagree with those court rulings but the fact remains that the U.S. Constitution gives individuals the right to carry weapons.
