Help Stop UW Hospital Late-Term Abortions

The UW Hospital and Clinics and its associates are working on a plan to offer late-term abortions at the Madison Surgery Center, an outpatient treatment center. In one room, people will be healed while in another late-term babies will be dismembered. All patients will contribute to the abortion services as their payments will be co-mingled.

Your help is urgently needed to stop this plan.

There's the age-old saying that when you find yourself in a hole the first thing to do is stop digging. Well, these typical tax and spend Democrats apparently think we can dig our way out of our current deficit. Increasing taxes and more government control over our lives (in this case our health care choices) is not the answer and will never solve the problem.

PLAIN SPEAKING: Economic fix must start at home

Four governors, including Wisconsin’s Jim Doyle, recently called on Congress and President-elect Obama to deliver $1 trillion in aid to states over the course of the next two years. Time will tell whether help from Washington D.C. comes and, if it does, whether it will improve the national economy.

In the meantime, help for Wisconsin’s small businesses, workers, families and seniors has to start right here at home.
